Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

How subscription charges, plan changes and cancellations work on Xchangepe (TMS). This applies to every plan purchased through the application.

What happens when you…

Subscribe

  1. You pay the full amount for the period you chose — one month or one year, including taxes.
  2. Your plan and its features are switched on only once the payment has actually been collected.
  3. An invoice and a receipt are raised against your account and are available on your payment history page.
  4. If you chose automatic renewal, the same amount is collected at the start of each following period until you cancel.

Change or upgrade

  1. We work out the unused value of your current plan, counted to the day.
  2. That value is added to your new plan as extra days of service, not returned as cash.
  3. You pay the new plan’s full price, and your new end date already includes those extra days.
  4. Your old automatic payment is stopped before the new one begins, so you are never charged for both.

Nothing you have already paid for is lost in a plan change.

Cancel

  1. Cancel from the subscription page in your account, at any time, without contacting us.
  2. Any automatic payment is stopped immediately. Nothing further is collected.
  3. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  4. That period is not refunded in part. After it ends, the plan stops and you can subscribe again whenever you want.

In detail

1. How billing works

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the whole period you choose. The amount shown at checkout is the total payable, inclusive of applicable taxes, and is collected in full at the time of purchase.

2. Part periods are not refundable

Because the service is supplied for the whole period at the point of purchase, a period that has already started is not refundable in part, whether or not the service was used.

3. Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you are charged more than once for the same period, charged after a cancellation has taken effect, or charged an amount that does not match the plan you selected, we refund the incorrect amount in full.

Confirmed refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. How long the amount then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

A payment that fails is never collected. Where your bank shows an amount as held against a failed attempt, the bank releases it, usually within 5–7 working days, with no action needed from you or from us.

4. Mandates and automatic payments

Where you have authorised automatic payment from a bank account or a card, that authorisation can be withdrawn at any time — by cancelling your subscription in the application, or directly through your bank.

A mandate your bank does not complete collects nothing, and no plan is activated against it. If that happens you are free to pay by another method, and nothing is owed.

5. How to request a refund

Write to support@xchangepe.com from the email address registered on the account, quoting the invoice number or the transaction reference shown on your payment history page.

We acknowledge every request within one working day and tell you the outcome, with reasons, within three working days.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version published here applies to purchases made while it is in force; a change never affects a purchase already made.
